Wow!! It is already more than half way thru October and I’m just now updating the news on the farm. Time has flown this past year.
Well I’d like to start by thanking our farm manager Randy Strong and his wife Karen for being part of our team now for a year. Randy has added a new dimension to life here, my wish list of things to get done has become Randy’s get them done list and we all feel much more accomplished.
We have had an exciting birthing season to date with some very impressive cria coming from Snowmass Divine Inspiration, Snowmass Royal Legends and Snowmass Seven Below.
Watch for us at the spring 2015 shows as the first kids will make their debut then. Our ratio of girls this year has been extraordinary having 22 girls and 7 boys to date. We have eight more girls due before the end of November and hopefully the girl pattern will follow.
We are excited about the 2014 Fall show season beginning for us in Georgia in a few days. The Royal Alpaca Challenge is always a fun show for us.
Our grandsons Chase and Westin love to come and help out. This year they have a new baby brother Oliver to bring to the show so we are excited to make Oliver’s debut to the alpaca scene.
We are also very excited about what our clients are bringing to show this season. Lots of girls and beautiful kids out of Snowmass Royal Legends and Snowmass Rubicon.
